Mapped mesh error

  Hello everyone.
  
  I'm using Ansys 2019R3.
  
  I'm receiving mapped mesh component warning/error during mesh creation. Little blue sign next to Mapped mesh icon is appearing when mapped mesh is turn on and it is disappearing when it's off.
  
  I've turn on Quadrilaterals method but in result I'm receiving some triangles too. Screenshot below.
  
  Basically what i'm trying to obtain is one quarter of this element with nice smooth mesh like on screenshot below.
  Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong ?

  Mapped Mesh is for 4-sided faces. You have a 5-sided face.
  
  Slice the surface on the diagonals, then you will have eight pieces and each will be a 4-sided face.
