Angular velocity in ansys mechanical

  Hi,
  
  I am doing a fluid structure analysis on a wind turbine blade, using ansys student 2019 R3, and im trying to apply a rotational velocity in the static structural but it wont apply to the geometry. Is there a reason why the rotational velocity is not applying to the blade? I have tried to enter the angular velocity in the correct box, Z component, but when continuing with the analysis the calculated result comes out wrong.
  
  Any tips on how to fix this?
