SubscriberHappy to share my query to all in ansys student community.
I'm doing industry project ,the project is turbine blade.
It shows problems while generating mesh.
I tried more ways to generate ,they are
I checked the geometry whether the geometry is fault or not in design modeller. Good luck ,there is no fault detected in this geometry.
I tried different methods meshing , meshing size.
I also tried virtually topology which is model>insert>topology>generate topology cells,it shows the some faces in graphics.
The software shows all tried results in meshing that
1."one or more entities Failed to mesh. The mesh of the bodies containing these entities may not be up to date.however, meshing might be successful on the other entities".
Association: project>model>geometry.
2.one or more surfaces cannot be meshed with acceptable quality.Try using different mesh size or virtual topology.
3. A software execution error occurred inside the meager.the process suffered an unhandled exception or ran out of usable memory.
Please help me to solve this problem.
Thanks lot . -

Forum ModeratorWhat type of mesh are you trying to generate, and are your settings sensible? Note, staff are not permitted to open/download attachments.Â

SubscriberThanks lot your response,I'm trying to generate hexahedron mesh.
Not only hexahedron mesh ,all type of mesh comes under this problem.

Forum ModeratorTurn off size functions & try putting a fairly coarse uniform tet mesh on the model. You may have complex surfaces that give you too high a cell count. Posting images will help.Â
