SubscriberHello everyone,
I am dealing with convergence issue in Static structural problem. I have two types of non - linearity - contacts and large deflection. I will try to describe my model with attached pictures. The main part of my model is metal sheet of dimension 6000×150×8 mm (I am using symetry on a long edge)
I am using two frictionless and two no separation contacts,Â
The expected deformation can be seen on this picture, howewer, I can not push the metal sheet about the full deformation 500 mm. It always stops converging, when the metal sheet lay fully on the supports.Â
Â
If anyone could give me some recomendation with solver settings, I would be really greatful.Â
Thank youÂ
Best regardsÂ
Tomas Novak
