      Diagnostics of ansys licensing settings 2024 said me

      The following zip file:
      C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\AnsysDiagnostics_20241226222620.zip
      has been created with diagnostics information. Please send it to Ansys support.

      then i cant find this file, and i dont know where is ansys support
