error occured in initialising CFD-Post

  Hello everyone,
  I am facing the error in initialing ANSYS CFD-Post. Please help me how to overcome this errror.

  If resetting the Workbench preferences and deleting the .cfx file in the user's directory does not resolve the issue, try the following steps:
  1. Navigate to the directory C:\Windows\System32.
  2. Locate the file named libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll.
  3. Rename the file to something like libcrypto-1_1-x64_backup.dll or entirely move it to a different location.
  These steps should help resolve the issue with initializing CFD-Post in Workbench.

  Thank you sir for your kind suggestions. I deleted the .cfx files but the error remains same also I don't have the files named libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll. I am using student version.

  Hi,
  The libcrypto.dll is the same as libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll but lacks a version or architecture suffix that suggests a generic or earlier library version.
  You can try renaming the same and see if that helps.
