I just installed Zemax for student from here(https://www.ansys.com/academic/students/ansys-zemaxopticstudio-student)

But although I followed well the installation steps, program doesn't open after installation.

How can I solve this problem? Please help me, thank you.

Although you already report that you have followed the steps may I confirm with you that this is the case step-by-step following all the instruction with administration rights?:

If yes, can you please let me know what exactly happens when you are trying to run ZOS using 'Run as Administrator' option from Ansys ZOS folder in your start menu?

Do you get any window reporting any error?

Thank you for your kindness.

Actually, when I try to run ZOS using 'Run as Administrator', there is not any activation(pop-up of Zemax start image) and error messages.

Just my mouse cursor changes to 'loading cursor' with just few seconds, but nothing activates.
