You could scope a radiation boundary condition to the top and bottom disk separately, but make both surfaces part of the same enclosure to model radiation between them.  This way you will be able to obtain the radiation heat flows for the two surfaces independently.  A plot like you show would be very helpful.  Development is aware of the need for this capability.  It is possible to write the view factor file in ascii format by issuing the command vfopt,,,,,ASCI.
