I was going to setup the 2024 R2 version of space claim, can you please let me know what does it mean? And do I need to do something?

It seem you have installed an Add-on that uses an old API. If you are not using the Add-on anymore it won’t be a problem, they are just giving you a warning that it will not work next release. If you do use the Add-on, you may need to re-write parts of it to work in the new API (although many simple tasks will looks the same). 

After a second look, you may be using the ANSYS provided Add-in Sample. There is a new version written in API24 that you can use instead.
