SubscriberHello all, I was hoping to learn more about the relative strengths and weaknesses of Ansys Mechanical's structural finite element analysis capabilities compared to competitors such as Solidworks Simulation and Inventor Nastran. I have heard that Ansys Mechanical is an industry standard tool which offers more powerful simulation capabilities than SolidWorks and Inventor, but I am unsure about what specifically makes Ansys Mechanical stand apart. Thanks very much in advance!

SubscriberThanks for the suggestions all. I was hoping to get the perspective of an Ansys engineer (in addition perhaps to Ansys community members) on this matter to hopefully verify the information I've found through Internet searches. Any and all guidance is certainly appreciated!
