      我用EME仿真MMI，两个端口的透射率很小，然后打开monitor看，发现如下：

      这是什么原因造成的呢？我的mesh的精度是1.5nm，仿真设置如图所示：

      您好，可以确认一下 port 的模场是否正确，以及taper 是否有添加 mesh override, 还有 EME 里面的 cell methode 设定等等。
