We transferred our license to a new server, the file received from Ansys does not appear to contain the Mechanical APDL component as the applciation just states "No such feature exists"

After a short time it presents:

I've visited the Ansys Licensing portal to generate a fresh license file in case there was an issue, but still the same. The license

# 3. Ansys Academic Research HPC Workgroup 128: 1 task(s) Permanent with TECS expiring 14-Mar-2025 Customer # 229220
# 4. Ansys Academic Teaching STK (50 Tasks): 1 task(s) Lease expiring 30-Mar-2025 Customer # 229220
# 5. Ansys Academic Research STK (5 Tasks): 1 task(s) Lease expiring 30-Mar-2025 Customer # 229220

Our old license file was listed as:
# 1. Ansys Academic Research EM (5 tasks): 1 task(s) Permanent with TECS expiring 18-Sep-2021 Customer # 229220 
# 2. Ansys Academic Teaching Mechanical and CFD (50 tasks): 1 task(s) Lease expiring 31-Aug-2024 Customer # 229220 
# 3. Ansys Academic Research LS-DYNA (25 tasks): 1 task(s) Lease expiring 31-Aug-2024 Customer # 229220 
# 4. Ansys Academic Research CFD (25 tasks): 1 task(s) Permanent with TECS expiring 14-Mar-2025 Customer # 229220 
# 5. Ansys Academic Research HPC Workgroup 128: 1 task(s) Permanent with TECS expiring 14-Mar-2025 Customer # 229220

Doesn't seem to matter who I contact at support (licensing, learning, general) I just pushed to post a note on here to see if someone can assist...🤷‍♂️

Can you try the below debugging steps
10.3. Licensing Error Messages

Let me know how it works out.

Update - I can see that the mechanical license has probably expired on 31 Aug as per your screenshot and the license is not checking out hence the error.
