Ansys Fluent Launch Issue

      Hi, I am having trouble launching Ansys Fluent. I encountered the following error message during my last attempt.

      I checked my license settings, and everything appeared to be fine.

      While I was able to launch Workbench successfully, I did not see the Fluid Flow module in the Toolbox. However, I noticed that the Fluid Flow module was available in the Toolbox Customization.

      Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

      Hi,

      Check if you have fluent license,

      Click on Features in Use tab under Ansys Licensing Settings, send screenshots of all increments.

      Hi,

      Please check if licenses are hosted properly, according to the screenshot it's unsupported. It occurs when license has been expired or not uploaded properly on server end.

      You can contact your license server admin for same.

      Yes, ansysstat results in a list of licenses, about half of which are supported and half of which are unsupported like:

      Users of cfd_base:  (Error: 50 licenses, unsupported by licensed server)

      Here is the first 3 lines of the relevant increment in the network server license file:

      INCREMENT cfd_base ansyslmd 9999.9999 16-nov-2024 50 896879AB041A \
              VENDOR_STRING="eval customer:00228540 tp:at" SUPERSEDE \
              ISSUER=SIEBEL ISSUED=07-nov-2024 START=17-oct-2024 SIGN="0067 \

      Does this increment seem incorrect? Would you like me to send you our entire license file to troubleshoot?

      Thanks
