2 way FSI Problem

      I am facing some errors during system coupling. In mechanical convergence criteria satisfied from 1st iteration, but in CFX convergence criteria satisfied after 4 iteration, and then convergence criteria satisfied both domains. After that, the program shows error and stops. Please help me to find out error.
