Subscriber利用FDE进行波导损耗仿真,更改边界条件为PML,设置不同的layers、sigma和kappa以及polynomial得到的损耗值总是不同的,同时当设置的仿真区域的范围发生改变时,损耗值也变化较大,请问如何确定得到损耗值的准确性?

Subscriber不好意思还有个问题,FEEM对弯曲半径求得的损耗是什么损耗呢?对于图片中FEEM的损耗结果设置的弯曲半径范围为5mm-30mm,看起来并不小

Subscriber求的是波导的传输损耗+弯曲导致的辐射损耗。5mm-30mm?不知道您的波导是何种材料的,以Si为例,通常弯曲半径在~10um量级时,弯曲损耗才会比较明显,您设置的弯曲半径是否过大?

Subscriber波导纤芯是Si,包层是SiO2,尝试在20um进行波导仿真,得到的损耗仍是几乎为0,请问这是怎么回事,或许FDTD对于损耗无法得到准确结果吗?
