SubscriberHi,
The 2019R3 Version of Fluent allows for the use of rgp-tables like in Refprop (beta feature).
To generate such tables it is recommended in the Beta Features Manual to use the System Coupling command console (which is launched under Windows by running the systemcoupling.bat batch file).
When executing the Code as listed in the Manual (but for butane instead of h2o), it seems to work, , then outputting:
"Writing RGP File...
Filename is BUTANE-med.rgp
Writing Header Information...
Writing BUTANEL 2D tables...
Writing BUTANEL Saturation tables...
Writing BUTANEV 2D tables...
Writing BUTANEV Saturation tables...
>>>"
This is the last Output, it seems like the Programme then stops. However, I cannot find the file 'BUTANE-med.rgp' anywhere on the Computer... Does anyone know where the rgp file would be saved by Default, or if there could be a Problem with proceeding in that way so that there is another reason that i do not obtain a rgp-file?
Thanks in Advance! -

SubscriberThank you for the answer. I tried a file Explorer search, but it did not find any file… Could it be that there is a Problem that no file is created? Should, if the process is successful, another message turn up in the command prompt after "Writing BUTANEV Saturation tables… " ?

Dear conni,Â
Did you manage to locate where the RGP file is located?Â
