Ansys CAD import to fluent

I'm completing a fluid dynamics problem for my university dissertation. I have a full ANSYS 2024 R1 version on my personal computer. The uni campus uses the 2024 R1 teaching version. On the campus computer, I can open my model into space claim and fluid meshing perfectly fine. If I do the exact same thing on my personal computer I can open the model fine in Space claim but when I open fluent meshing I get this error:

      "Error: Error in CAD Import

      Error occurred during import.

Importing the selected file(s) could not be completed. Check to make sure that the selected file format is supported. In addition, check to make sure the CAD Readers are properly configured for the format using the CAD Configuration Manager utility.
      Error Object: #f

Error: state/object/execute-command:Exception encountered in S_ExecuteTask: Error in CAD Import

      Error occurred during import.

Importing the selected file(s) could not be completed. Check to make sure that the selected file format is supported. In addition, check to make sure the CAD Readers are properly configured for the format using the CAD Configuration Manager utility.
      Error Object: ()"

Can someone please help? The problem is not the file, as it will open fine on another system. It's a standard STEP Solidworks file. I've also tried other step files and can't get them to open either. I'm really not sure what is wrong.
