What physics is being solved in your case?

The turnaround time can be reduced using a more number of CPU cores.

You can try decreasing the number of mesh elements to improve the speed.

Are you using a symmetry boundary condition? If your geometry is symmetric, you should be modeling half the geometry to improve the solution speed.
