Sorry you are having troubles.   Please providee some details:

1)  What version of Ansys Thermal Desktop do you have installed?

2)  When you open the Client Licensing Settings, what version is it?

3)   On the Client Licensing Settings, on the left is a button for Diagnostics.  Click that and reply with the zip file attached
