Hey,
If you see in the screenshot from the video the joint load is scoped to a translational joint but in your case i just see fixed joints. Make sure you have the right type of joint selected when defining the joint loads.
If you still can't find the option post the screenshots of the joint definition and the link for course from which you are trying to set it up.
