Hello,

Inter-turn capacitance can be calculated using electrostatic solver. It is recommended to use a separated turn model, and assign voltage to each turn to represent the voltage distribution. For example, a 300-turn coil, for each turn, the voltage is different. Assuming we are applying total 1 V voltage on the two coil terminals, the voltage of each turn is
300 turns and 1V:      1V/300/2 for 1st turn
                                      1V/300*(1+1/2) for 2nd turn
                                      1V/300*(2+1/2) for 3rd turn ...

                                      1V/300*(300-1/2) for the last turn
This  represents the actual voltage distribution among the 300 turn, then we can solve it, and check the inter-turn capacitance in the matrix result.
