老师您好,我当前在做一个仿真,仿真光源的入射角是一个连续范围(例如0-30°),请问这种情况在FDTD中应该如何进行光源设置?边界条件又该怎么设置呢?期待您的解答,谢谢老师!

你要的是什么结果?你知道光栅或者任何周期结构的响应与入射角有关,参见光栅方程。
你应该是只能每次仿真一个角度,再根据光源是否相干,将结果相干叠加(场量),或者非相干叠加(强度或者透射率反射率)。
