SubscriberI am doing a 3d model of a chemical reactor in Fluent. The 2d model works well, so now am I trying to make it 3d. It's for my bachelor thesis. The reactor have two part a diffusion bed with particles and the ''flow part'', where the fluid goes in and out. I have the following warning, when I initialize the calculation.Â
WARNING: Unassigned interface zone detected for interface 12
Â
WARNING: Unassigned interface zone detected for interface 13Â
Â
I checked the zones and these are two wall, which I have NAMED in my mesh. So I do not understand, why I have these warning. I have 2 screenshot of fluent model and the mesh

Ansys EmployeeYou probably have a non-conformal mesh? Can you confirm? You have interface boundaries which are not assigned:Â assign them under "Mesh Interfaces" in the tree.
