I want to apply load on different portion of rod to bend it like sine wave and make simulation of its rotation. I choose transient structural analysis system and apply forces to bend the rod. To spin or rotate bended rod I use revolution joint but I could not make simulation. Please help me to do this.

Are you trying to simulate the whirling of a shaft?Â

Thanks for taking the time to read my question !
Actually I am doing my semester project. I want to create synthetic data from simulation. In my this assignment I just want to collect two distances of imbalance rotor from stator IDs of location where I applied point mass to bend the road. Similarly I will create different simulation with different point mass location. Then I hope in further assignment I will create AI model to balance the rotor.
According to my understanding & searching I should make this simulation and use APDL commands to extract the data but to set up the initial simulation and in extraction of data I am stucked.
Any pointers, resources, or tips would be really helpful for me. -

I recommend you mesh a line body with beam elements so you can make it long with a small diameter so that is will be sufficiently flexible to form the shapes you want to see it deform into.
