I am unable to extract fluid volume between the rotor and stator. There is very small gap between them. By using fill method I am unable to extract the volume.

I have attached the geometry for the reference.

Check there is actually a gap: does it get closed off by CAD faceting?

For any kind of annular gap, I am unable to do extract the fluid volume. I am using Fill method in Design Modular.

Check the way it works: annular faces may be difficult. Have a look at sketch projections & the concept tools.
