Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. The error “the host id(s) of this machine ( 7D76C756 4699DD69 ) not found in the license file C:\LSDYNA2024\server_data” means that the host ID of the license server does not match the host ID (SERVER lines) in the license file (server_data). The possible reason is that the host ID of the license server has changed, which is common on virtual machines.

To address this issue, there is a need to make a new LSTC license file. Please check out the following sources about the LSTC licensing guides for Linux/Windows:

https://ftp.lstc.com/user/license/License-Manager/LS-DYNA%20Win%20License%20Server%20installation%20and%20update%20Aug%2026_2.pdf
https://ftp.lstc.com/user/download-instructions/License-Manager/LSTC_LicenseManager-InstallationGuide.pdf

Thanks,
Pedram
