It is likely due to 1: simulation time is not long enough ir autoshutoff min is larger ; 2 PML reflection. Please modify accordingly.

In addition, to get the highest Purcell factor, please place the dipole in the proper Yee mesh location according to its polarization. Please refer to this post:
