Looking at the screenshot, the tornillo_d8_L25.3\OuterThread geometry is a surface type germetry. Since the analysis is 3D, it is asking for the thickness of the shell elements that will be created for this geometry.
I think you may have to revisit the CAD model and see if this arrangement is exactly what you want.
You can apply pretension to a bolt without nut. Make sure that the threaded part of the bolt has proper connections with the clamp.I hope this helps.
