你仿真区太短,没有在出射波导处获取输出而是在光栅齿上。你是需要将高斯光耦合到波导里面就应该在波导里记录光场,另外监视器也要大于波导厚度,不能刚好。你看看波导中需要的模式什么样,尽量少截断模式。
你看看网上例子,高斯光的位置和入射角需要在一定范围优化,简化计算得出的入射角并不是最优的, 因为它用的是无限长光栅而且是平面波假设吧。
