[modal analysis] How do I calculate natural frequency with rotational stiffness

As shown in the attached figure, foundation stiffness was applied to the x, z direction surfaces of the plate and the bottom of the plate with elastic support. And I want to apply rotational stiffness for x, y, z rotation direction. But I can't find related function in ansys modal GUI. I want to know how I can apply rotational stiffness.

The elastic supports you have defined will produce a lot of rotational stiffness about the Y axis already.  But, if you want to specify a rotational stiffness you could scope a torsional spring to the cylindrical surface at the edge of the hole.  You might need to turn on beta features for the torsional spring option to be displayed.

I found spring-torsional in connections. Thanks for the help.
