SubscriberHello,
Â
I am trying to add a force and moment reaction probe result in ansys Mechanical for contact region but it shows ? in the tree
whether for boundary condition fixed support its ok and solve but when i choose contact region its not working showing ? mark in tree
following the same method as explain
https://www.padtinc.com/blog/using-probes-to-obtain-contact-forces-in-ansys-mechanical/
Â
but its not working for my case whats the possible reason and how i obtain moment and force reaction for contact region ?? please
Thank you!

SubscriberDid you turn on Contact Miscellaneous under the Output Controls of the Analysis Settings?
Contact Miscellaneous. Turn On if Contact Based Force Reactions are desired. The default value is No. Available for Static and Transient Structural analysis types. Not Available when linked to a Modal analysis.
