Hello Ron,

The whole server ID key must match between server_data and LSTC_LICENSE_INFO file. Did anything change in the machine that runs the license server? Is the LSTC License Manager running on a VM?

The LSTC License Manager can operate on a Virtual Machine (VM). However, if the virtual machine experiences downtime (due to maintenance, power outage, etc.) or is rebooted, the LSTC License Manager will not start again because it detects a hardware change (HOST ID change). This issue arises because the vmxnet3 interface functions as a Virtual Machine Ethernet adapter, rather than physical hardware. To restart the LSTC License Manager, a new license key is required. We advise configuring the LSTC License Manager to run on a dedicated hardware to avoid such disruptions.

Please reach out to the account manager to re-issue a new license file.

Thank you,
Alex
