  文献里的这个峰我的仿真模型结果里没有，其余波段的数据都和文献曲线一致，请问这是哪里出了问题呢？仿真用的数据也是一样的

  看你的仿真结果，应该是网格精度不够，仿真时间不够长或者autoshutoff min 有点大。最主要的很可能是材料数据和拟合问题，你适当修改一下。
