While importing odb++ file ,only copper layers and dielectric layers are getting imported,solder mask layer is missing. Can you suggest ways to import solder mask layer to pcb.

Try using either Ansys EDB or IPC2581 for import

October 15, 2024 at 3:00 pmIcemanAnsys EmployeeIf you are using Classic Icepak, the solder layer will be ignored. Please manually create the solder layer using a block object. In AEDT Icepak, solder layer can be imported into PCB component.
