Hey all,Â
I just implemented the Energy equation in my model. It is a twophase model with gas and liquid. Liquid is the primary phase.
And I just implemented source terms on the liquid phase through UDFs. However, I saw that these source terms indeed increase the temperature of the liquid phase, the temperature of the gas phase also increases.Â
I know in real world this makes sense and I quite happy with the results but I do not understand where in the model is the link between phases in terms of the energy equation.Kind regards,Â

You need to set the HTC in the Phase Interaction panel. Don't leave the default as "none".Â
