Hello everyone,
I am using Design modeler to construct an optimization problem
I defined two dependent parameters (H8,V6) in the Design modeler as shown in the next two pictures as well as independent parameters
my question here is, how do I set some unequility constraints on the dependent parameter given that they don't appear as parameters in the optimization section since they are dependent on other parameters?

Hello
Here is one idea:ÂIn DM, you can create "dummy parameters"  then define geometry based on that dummy parameter.Â
Then in a DOE optimization, you can assign a range to that dummy parameter.
ÂÂAnother idea may be this:Â
This will work only for a  Direct Optimization type, not say a Response Surface.
It is possible to define a bound that is say an equation based on other values. It is done in the Parameter Relationships section.Â

Hello,
The attached picture couldn't be loaded properly.
Would you reload it again ?
