UNABLE TO FIND WORKBENCH AFTER INSTALLATION

  I have installed the free student software. I could not find out workbench or any ansys folders on my start bar or on the all programs list. I then followed the steps which were given in the previous fourm with similar issues. I tried running the framework (C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v231\Framework\bin\Win64\runwb2.exe) the popup showed that there was an error and some files are missing ss is attached.The virus detector is also turned off.
  I found a file named as err. I dont know how to clear the error folder to actually run the ansys software.
  Please help.

  Tried to reinstal in temperary drive got this pop up
