Hello.

I would like to use the symmetry tool in my model in the following way:

In this case, If I use the ‘Bolt Pretension’ function and my model is symmetrical, does the force I apply have to be divided by 2?

if my effort on a complete model is 11000N, in my case of symmetry and even if I use the "Bolt Pretension" I have to divide my effort by two. Is that correct?

In Symmetry Analysis, there is need for dividing the applied load.

Forces should be halved. So for half sym. half the force.
