Question about a tutorial on ansys site

  Hi, I studied the tutorial linked here:

  i want to ask why the autor took the decision to simulate the T instead of the concentration, is this just simpler because you don't have to define the materials and the mixture?
  or is a standard procedure with ansys for another reason?
  i'm interested about this tutorial because it resembles a project i'm working on?
