Failed determining temp directory location

  Hi I currently started to use ANSYS Student version. I am using fluent. When I try to open meshing , an error occurs saying "Failed determining temp directory location" . How can I solve this ?

  Did you save the model onto the C: drive or are you saving onto a Network Share?
  
  Try creating a C:ansysdata folder and save your model there.
  
  Does the Username on that computer have any special characters? It is best if it is purely English alphanumeric. The same goes for the Computer Name.
