What does it mean the yellow lines around my waveguide? 

I always have them, even if my mesh is fine around the waveguide.

Hello Taynara,

Thanks for your question and using the forum. 

This is just a boundery/seperation between the materials. When you zoom out it becomes black. 

For example see the picture here:

 

When I zoom out 

Its not affecting your result in anyway.
