Currently, only Visualizer can directly impose the structure outline to the field intensity and Visualzier is manually operational tool.  no script or API is available to directly manipulate the Visualizer. Alternatively you may use some alternative method, such as this one  https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034395154-Tip-for-adding-structure-outlines-to-field-plots It is not perfect though.

 You can file one or two feature request: 

New Feature vote:   Vote new features, and file your feature request

eg, script-access to visualizer, and impose structure on the intensity profile.
