Adhesion factor in MotorCAD Mechanical stress analysis

      What is an adequate adhesion factor for IPM rotors for stress analysis and what is the reasoning behind the choice of this factor? I usually add a 0.2mm gap below the magnets to account for worst-case tolerances. Does this affect the choice of adhesion factor?

      The Youngs Modulus of the magnet / rotor bar is multiplied by this factor.
