Hi, good morning

I have the same issue as m.shankar03 and josephgerges010
Even after flollowing guidelines (administrator permissions, etc) and trying install more than once,  the applicaton doesn´t install propoerly. and there is a install.err file and is not possible to find the application to launch the workbench in the apps list.



@Rajeshwari Jadhav thanks, I tried the path C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v2xx\Framework\bin\Win64\RunWB2.exe you mentioned,
and you are right,  there is an icon there, but doesn´t run the application.
theres is an error mesage after running that icon
seems strange
