SubscriberHiÂ
I simulated 3um width differential lines with 2um spacing on a substrate containing 1um SiO2 and 100um Silicon using HFSS 3D.Â
I have attached the E-field from the simulation, which sees a total reflection away from the substrate. So the simulation is not right.
How do I set up the simulation right? I do not see this issue in ADS Momentum.
