Partial cylindrical constraints

In the contact, I am selecting two cylindrical surfaces for bonded contact. But in the status, I can only see a partial section and because of this, I am having weird stresses in that area, with only applying bolt pretension. The two surfaces are line on line, the accuracy of the model is 0.0001. Please suggest what to update to see full circular contact between the surfaces.

I see some yellow and blue, which is for near and far in the middle of sticking/sliding elements, so you must be using a very tiny pinball radius on the contact. The "Program Controlled" setting should be good. Otherwise, set a much larger pinball radius:
