SubscriberHello !
I conducted structural simulation applying 5.88 MPA pressure to structure consists of two component like first picture.
Fixed condition applied opposite to pressure applied face.
Two component are applied face to face bonded condition like second picture.
Result show me a discontinuous stress distribution like third picture.
In my instinction, it's not a resonable result.
How I fixed it?

Ansys EmployeeThere is an "average across bodies" option on element nodal results:
and as an option at "File > Options > Results":
But these options will only work on shared nodes across bodies. See heading "Average Across Bodies: Using the Feature" in help page:
https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v242/en/wb_sim/ds_Unaveraged_Results.html%23ds_ave_across_bodies
This means sharing topology in SpaceClaim, Discovery, DesignModeler, or merging nodes in Mechanical at the interface using a feature under the "Mesh Edit" branch in the Outline.
