Transmittance of a simple slab FDTD?

  Hi, I am modelling a simple periodic slab with a certain thickness and a refractive index n=3 in air. Then I calculate the transmittance as a function of frequency and I see that there is some interference pattern and moreover I have different maximum=1. However I expect that some pump is reflected at the beginning so how can I have a transmittance =1?
