Subscriberhello, everyone. i try to use a .scm file to define a new material in fluent. I use polynomial piecewise-linear method and insert about 500 points. When I load this file, the console give me this error: cortex recived a fatal signal (segmentation violation) error: object()
what a interesting thing is that if I insert 20 points, this .scm file works well.
My question is whether fluent limits number of polynomial piecewise-linear points? Is there any method to define a new material with 500 temperature points?
Thanks
here is my .scm flie. i convert it into .txt for convenient.

Forum ModeratorI'm not aware of a limit, but 500 points does sound excessive. How complex is the curve to need that many points? Note, staff are not permitted to open/download attachments: please post a graph.Â
