  How to open ANSYS? Where is Workbench icon??

  Type Workbench into the Windows search field.

  Where is it? Nothing here. I searched on installation directory and found nothing!

  You installed Discovery Live. Go to the ANSYS Student download page, it's the third button, and download that instead. Not AIM, Not Discovery Live.
